Refund policy

At Recoverix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must not show signs of wear or damage
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Personal care items once opened

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
